THE SHERATON JUMEIRAH BEACH RESORT & TOWERS, DUBAI is located on Jumeirah Beach just a 30 minute drive away from Dubai Airport and Dubai City Centre. The hotel has many watersport facilities like windsurfing or even kneeboarding, a fully equipped gym, two floodlit tennis courts and a children´s club with own pool and playground - two air conditioned squash courts, sauna and steam bath are available, too.
	255 nice guest rooms have private bath and shower, individually controlled air-conditioning, IDD-phones, satellite TV and radio, safe, minibar, hairdryer and trouser press.  Non-smoking rooms are available and four rooms have been adapted for the disabled.

Halfboard meals have to be taken at open buffet of Palm Garden Restaurant. A credit of USD 28 per person is given in any of the speciality restaurants

Cancellation policy: between 45 days and 32 day prior to arrival = cancellation charge is 1 nights on meal-plan // within 31-8 days prior to arrival cancellation charge is 3 nights, for shorter cancellations cancellation charge is 75%.

Check-in 15.00h/check-out 12.00h – for early check-in or late check-out the previous/following night has to be booked and paid in full
